The Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a trade and economic mission led by Igor Shubin, Perm City Mayor, to establish business contacts with the entrepreneurs of the twin town, Duisburg (Germany) and in the Netherlands.
The delegation of 14 representatives of 8 Czech companies headed by Mr. Jiří Nestával, President of the Czech Chamber of Commerce visited Perm on February 1-2, 2010.

On the 7th of October 2009 Mr. Viktor A.Zamaraev, Director General of Perm CCI, had a meeting with Mr. Alexander Rae, Representative of the largest Belgian company Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
On 15 September there was a meeting of Russia Director of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Chris Gilbert with the Deputy Director General of Perm CCI Mrs. Elena Mironova held.
On 11 September 2009 there was a meeting of the Director General of Perm CCI Mr. V.A. Zamaraev with the headquarters of CSOK Chamber of Commerce: Irzhi Nestaval, President, Mr. Vladimir Kletushkin, Vice President and Mr.Andrey Guzeev, official representative of the CSOK Chamber of Commerce in the Russian Federation held.
On 01-04 September 2009 the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry received a delegation of the Republic of Belarus for carrying out business meetings and negotiations with representatives of business circles of the Perm krai.
In July 2009 the Perm CCI represented by Elena A. Mironova, Deputy Director General for Business Development and Interregional and International Cooperation, held a number of meetings with representatives of European business to discuss the ways of mutually profitable cooperation.
From June 13th till June 20th, 2009 the Perm region delegation consisting of 15 representatives of the Perm companies and organizations has visited the People’s Republic of China to participate in the 20th International China Harbin Fair for Trade and Economic Cooperation (ICHTF).
On 17th March 2009 at Perm CCI there was a meeting between Viktor Zamaraev, Perm CCI Director General and Reza Baghban Kondori, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazan city held.
On 19th of February of the current year there was a business meeting of Viktor Zamaraev, Perm CCI Director General, with Andreas Jopt, Head of Moscow representative office of Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen (DNAM) held.
Presentation of the Perm krai in the city of Brussels.
On 27-29 November 2008 the presentation of the Perm krai was held. In spite of the world crisis the presentation was of great interest. The Director General of the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Zamaraev V.A. took part in the presentation. He spoke about the Chamber’s possibilities for European business.
Within the framework of the hard-driving program the presentation “Perm krai – the territory of success”, “round tables” on the themes “International Cooperation”, “Oil and Gas”, “Education”, ‘Investment Areas”, the presentations of the Perm CCI: the Close JSC “Russian Garden Company”, the Close JSC “Prognoz”, the Limited society “Lukoil-Perm” were held. Besides there was a greeting at the RF Embassy in Brussels held. The visit resulted in signing some significant documents, namely, a cooperation agreement between the Perm krai and Solvey, between the Perm CCI and Belgo-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce as well as a protocol of intent for carrying out the forum “Interregional Cooperation” between Permskaya Yarmarka Limited society and the Institute of Eastern Studies (Poland).
To the results of the visit agreements to study some business projects, which can be realized on the territory of the Perm krai may be reckon in.
A return visit of the Belgo-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce will be paid in 2010. But on 15 December the Director General for Russia and Belorussia of the Belgo-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce Arkady Andrianoff paid a visit to Perm. He said that no one region has attracted so much interest from European business. Till the end of the year some representatives from European companies will also visit Perm.

At present the Perm CCI is actively creating a package of applications for experienced expert from the Netherlands for 2009 inviting not only for group seminars-trainings but also for individual works at firms.
For the years more than a ten-year cooperation of the Perm CCI with PUM nearly 150 consultative projects were realized. 25 representatives of Perm organizations having invited consultants did probations at Dutch firms. All the consultations were free of charge. Perm companies paid only experts’ accommodations and meals during their visits to Perm (usually 7-10 days).
At present logistical and agricultural experts and environmental engineers are highly demanded by Perm companies.

On the 11-th of December 2008 the Government of the Perm krai and the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed an Agreement for cooperation. The Government of the Perm krai and the Perm CCI agreed upon cooperation in different fields of their activities, namely in the field of mechanism improvement of proposed laws preparation, supporting business undertaking activity entities; of orders placing system and rendering services for state and municipal needs development; of promotion of trade and economic relations of enterprises and entrepreneurs of the Perm krai with enterprises and entrepreneurs of the Russian Federation constituent entities and near and far - abroad countries; of further development of exhibition and fair activity; of investment attraction and other fields of business undertaking supporting.

On February 27-29, 2008 the representatives of the Finish Invest-Building Company JSC “YIT Rakennus”, part of the Holding Open JSC “YIT-Yhtyma” paid Perm city a visit for the forth time.

On February 21-23, 2008 the delegation of the Kingdom of Netherlands paid Perm city a visit. On the delegation there were members of the Permanent Commission for Foreign Affairs of the Second Chamber of the Parliament of the Netherlands and representatives of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands in the Russian Federation headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Mr. Jan-Paul Dirkse.
On February 15 the Deputy Director General of the Perm Chamber Mironova Elena had a meeting with the representative of the German firm FrankfurtRheineMain GmbH Mr. Jassen Butashkov, director for Europe and CIS countries.

From November 6, 2006 till November 13, 2006 the delegation of the enterprises of the Perm krai took part in the Russian National Exhibition held in Beijing (People's Republic of China). All preparatory and organizational measures were carried out by the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industrial.
The Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Administration of the Perm krai is organizing participation of Perm enterprises and organizations in the Russian National Exhibition. On December 8-9of this year the Perm CCI received a delegation of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia.
This week the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ekaterinburg Mr.Tilo Klinner accompanied by the coordinator on economic and PR Tatyana Schamber stayed on an official visit at the Perm CCI.
Yesterday on November 28, 2005 the President of the Perm CCI Zamaraev V.A. received a official delegation the Republic of Latvia entrepreneurs headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia in the Russian Federation Mr. Andris Teikmanis.
On the 25th of October 2005 the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry held the meeting between Viktor A.Zamaraev, President of Perm CCI, and delegation from Finland. The delegation was headed by Krister Mikkelson, Minister Plenipotentiary of Finland Embassy.
The Perm Chamber of Commerce & Industry is preparing a vizit of Perm companies to the BATIMAT- 2005 Construction Fair which will be held from November 5 through November 12, 2005.

From June 27 till 29, 2005 the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry arranged a participation of the delegation of Perm enterprises and firms’ representatives in a trade – economic mission to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On the 8th of June 2005 the president of Perm CCI met Mr. Barakov Kostadin Kostadinov, Consul of the Consulate of the Republic of Bulgaria in Ekaterinburg and Mr.Dimitrov Vladimir Vanyov, Head of the Department “Tourism and Advertising” of the Center of Industry of the Republic of Bulgaria in Moscow.
The Perm CCI has been visited by an official delegation of the Republic of Italy headed by Mr. Gianfranco F. Bonnet, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy in the Russian Federation. Within the framework of the agreement signed between representatives of two countries, the Perm region is considered as a space for creating of industrial areas in the field of agricultural machines building and wood-processing industries. There is a proposal to establish other kinds joint enterprises on the territory of our region.

Within the framework of the official visit of a German delegation to the Administration of the Perm region on April 26, 2005 there was a Business Contacts Exchange of the Delegation of the Ministry of Economy and Labour of Germany held.
On April 9-15, 2005 the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Administration of the Perm region arranged the participation of Perm enterprises and organizations in Hannover Industrial Fair (Germany).

On October 29, 2002 the Perm CCI held a seminar on the theme: “Information Possibilities for Introduction of Perm Enterprises goods in Russian and Foreign Markets.”
