On the 22nd of October the Perm CCI has been visited by Mr. Andrey Reshetnikov, Deputy Chairman of Rēzekne Municipal Council (Latvia).
Mr. Reshetnikov had a meeting with Mr. Viktor A.Zamaraev, Director General of Perm CCI, and during this meeting he presented investment opportunities of his city for the Russian business. In 1997 Special Rēzekne Economic Zone was created to provide such tax privileges as discounted property and income taxes. Advantage of a free zone is possibility for the company to release import/export operations from customs and excise duties, VAT.
