January, 1991
The session of the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry members in Perm region made the decision to establish the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 60 enterprises established the Chamber.

May, 1991
The session chose the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The chief designer of electrotechnical work — Zamarayev Viktor Anatolyevich became the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Perm CCI.

July, 1991
The Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry began functioning. Two departments were created: examination and language. Personnel number was 28. Main kinds of activities were determined, structure of the Chamber was developed.

November, 1991
The direction of the Perm CSTI (Center of Scientific and Technical Information) allotted and rent to the Perm CCI 300 m². 3 departments were functioning: foreign economic activity, examination and language.

Publication of monthly edition “Information Bulletin of PCCI”. First participation in two international exhibitions in Moscow: “Trade and house-technics” and “Conversion”. First contracts with the organization of Netherlands consultants NMCP. Organization of Legal Service.

Organization of UIS (Unified Information System) CCI RF site. A trip with the group of Perm region businessmen to Slovakia. Establishment of the training center “InterPerm”. The beginning of the work by custom documents registration for export-import goods. Netherlands consultations at Perm enterprises.

Publication of Perm region enterprises and organizations catalogue “Get Acquainted: Your Partner at the Ural”, prepared together with CCI of RF. Entry into members of British-Russian Chamber and Joint Chamber of Commerce “Vostok”. Organization of Perm businessmen meetings with business circles of: Slovakia, Austria, Great Britain, Germany. Organization of foreign firms “MST” and “Volvo” presentations. Organization of Perm region enterprises work with consultants from Netherlands (NMCP), Germany (SES), Great Britain (BESO) and France. Certifications department began its work. Verhne-Kamskiy (Berezniki, Solikamsk, Gubakha) brunch of the Perm CCI was founded. Participation in the International Autumn Fair in Plovdiv (Bulgaria).

Joint participation with Perm region enterprises in the International Exhibition in Leipzig. Negotiations in Germany about regular participation in Hanover Fair. Conducting of the seminar with Business School of London "Success promotes success". Opening of the Chamber brunch in Chaikovskiy town. Occupied area of Perm CCI was 400 m². There were 50 employees, 8 subdivisions, 218 Chamber members.

Opening of the Chamber brunch in Lysva town. Organization of Perm enterprises joint participation in the Exhibition of Defense Technics and Technology in Omsk, "Wildlife" (Norway), Autumn Fair in Plovdiv (Bulgaria) and Shardzha (UAE), Hanover Fair (Germany). Perm CCI open day. Organization of Perm businessmen participation in the 1st congress of the small enterprises of Russia representatives. Conducting of the "round table" with "Expert" magazine.

Organization of Perm enterprises joint participation in construction fair "BAU Fashmesse-97" and "RETek:-97" (Leipzig), the Exhibition of Defense Technics and Technology in Omsk, business trip to Korea Republic, Autumn Fair in Dubai (UAE), Autumn Fair in Plovdiv (Bulgaria). Establishment of Arbitration Court of Perm CCI. Opening of the Perm CCI brunch in Hungary. Creation of the own Internet site. Publication of the 2nd catalogue edition "Your partner at the Ural". Move to the own building at Sovetskaya street, 24-B.

Organization of Perm enterprises joint participation in exhibitions "Konsumexpo" (Moscow), "Evrasia-98" (Kazakhstan), Autumn Fair in Shardzh (UAE). Organization of Perm delegation participation in III congress of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Establishment of Regional Center of Intellectual Property of Perm CCI.

Accreditation of estimating activity in Federal Debt Center. Professional responsibility insurance as an Estimating organization. Establishment of the "Permexpertiza" center. Organization of Perm enterprises joint participation in business meetings "Kolskiy partneriat-99" (Murmansk), business trip to Bulgaria, in expositions "Russia-Expo-99" (Great Britain), "Volgograd invites partners-cities", construction fair "BAU Fashmesse-99" (FGR), business meetings at Dubai CCI (UAE), trade-economical missions to Saransk (CCI of Mordovia republic). Organization of Perm TV and radio companies probation period at Media Academie (Holland) and conducting of 2 probation modules for radio-companies specialists of the city and the region. Publication of the 3rd catalogue edition "Your partner at the Ural" and quarterly "Commerce bulletin" edition began. Establishment of Economical Security and Risk Management Agency. Development of the Perm CCI member Certificate and its first presentation.

Accreditation of Expert-technical center "Permexpertiza" of Perm CCI in the system "CCI EXPERT". Professional responsibility insurance as a professional organization. Establishment of the automatic identification (bar coding) committee. Organization of Perm enterprises joint participation in international exhibitions in Libya (Tripoli), China (Tsindao), UAE (Dubai), "Expo-2000" (Hanover, Germany), economic business forum "Plovdiv-Expo-XXI" (Bulgaria). Organization of trade-economic mission to Kirov town (with Vatskaya CCI) and Omsk city (with Omsk CCI). Business meetings with Mordovia, Yugoslavia and German businessmen. Organization of 2 probation modules for Perm State University and TV presenters of Perm TV and radio companies by TV reporting with Media Academie (Holland, Hilversam). Conducting of the seminar together with "Perm Fair" about exhibition and fair activity with the representatives of 17 regional CCI, CCI of RF and All-Russian Exhibition Center (EC).

Establishment of the Committee and acceptance of the small business support program, participation in the work of the Ural businessmen Congress. Conducting of seminars and "round tables" concerning problems of business. Publication of the 4th catalogue edition "Your partner at the Ural" and "Commerce bulletin", publication of special editions began, concerning small business, arbitration court, franchising and bar coding. Development and introduction of financial activity accounting system.

Today there are 355 members of the Chamber, 12 departments functionate, 58 employees work. Occupied area is 577 m². There are mini ATS, 3 faxes, 4 copy machines, 38 computers, email, local network.

Volume of services, comparing with the previous year has risen for 70%.
